Continuing Education Information and Forms
The Women Working in Corrections and Juvenile Justice (WWICJJ) Conference has received approval from the National Association of Social Workers – Pennsylvania (NASW-PA) and the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board to receive continuing education credits for attending the workshops and sessions in the WWICJJ program.
We have two forms for Pennsylvania attendees, depending upon their need. They are:

NASW has awarded up to 13 CEs for completion of workshops and session in the program.
This form is for licensed social workers, licensed clinical social workers, licensed marriage and family therapists and licensed professional counselors as approved by NASW-PA.
Instruction on where to send the completed form, along with payment, is included on the form.
The WWICJJ Program or the PA DOC takes no responsibility for completing or mailing these forms.
Please note that in order to receive credit, you must complete an evaluation (and include your name on each evaluation form) for each session attended.

PA CLE has approved the WWICJJ Program for a maximum of 6 credits.
This form is to be used when you have attended a course that is NOT sponsored by an Accredited Provider. Lawyers seeking Pennsylvania CLE credits must complete Section B of this form and return it to PACLE along with the appropriate fee(s). Section C of the form helps you to calculate the correct attendance fee payment. Certificates of attendance will NOT be provided for this conference.
The WWICJJ Program or the PA DOC takes no responsibility for completing or mailing these forms.
