SCI-Frackville Road Closure
A section of Altamont Blvd., which runs perpendicular to the SCI-Frackville entrance, will be closed from approx. August 21, 201,7 to October 30, 2017, for a waterline replacement project.
Directions to SCI-Frackville are as described below:
FROM 61 N: Take the Schuylkill Mall Road Exit, Turn Right onto Altamont Blvd. Turn right onto SCI-Frackville Prison Road
FROM 61 S: Take the Schuylkill Mall Road Exit, Bare right towards McDonalds and Cracker-Barrel. At Stop sign, go straight over bridge, then turn left onto Altamont Blvd. Turn right onto SCI-Frackville Prison Road.
FROM 81 S and 81 N: Take Exit 124A (61 South) towards St. Clair. Drive approx. ¼ mile and take the Schuylkill Mall Road exit on right. Bare right towards McDonalds and Cracker-barrel. At Stop sign, go straight over bridge, then turn left onto Altamont Blvd. Turn right onto SCI-Frackville Prison Road.
